We were away from our kids for 9 days...way too long!! I missed my babies. But we had a great time and did a lot of sight seeing. Glad we don't live in California!!!

Fun to see your new posts! I feel like I need at least 9 days away from my kids. But I know I'd be homesick after just 1. :-)
hee hee..you feel the same way about CA as I do. Fun to visit, but I woudn't want to live there either! I have nightmares about trying to find my way around on those freeways! Way to have a vacation from the kids! so fun!
